You'll have to talk with Detective Anaya in the nearby Police Station to get access there. Once Shepard arrives on the scene, talk to Pitne For: although he doesn't offer any Morality Points, he offers a lead on where the Justicar is, in the crime scene where his partner was killed. He's afraid of the Justicar, he says, but Detective Anaya responds that she only kills the unjust, so clearly he has nothing to worry about. A testy Volus merchant named Pitne For is attempting to leave Illium, but an Asari named Detective Anaya informs him that he's a suspect for the death of his business partner, and although Pitne For claims he's innocent, he's still not allowed to leave. We recommend the latter, as you can pass by an Asari whose chatter is a premonition for what you'll encounter.Īs soon as you arrive in this new section of Illium, you'll bear witness to a rather bizarre scene. Once you're done talking with Officer Dara, you can either summon a cab from her, or you can manually Call a Cab yourself via the Cab Console at the end of the Taxi Stand in the middle of the area. Using the Investigate options will reveal that it's not because Samara is unjust or a bad person, it's that she rigidly adheres to her Code to kill anyone unjust, and Illium has a LOT of that. At the start of the conversation, say "I only want to talk" for +2 Paragon Points, or "So what if she did?" for +2 Renegade Points. Talk with her and she'll be rather jumpy that you're trying to go after a Justicar. Officer Dara can be found at the Tracking Station at the far South-Western part of the map. Bring Grunt and Garrus with you on this Mission to get the most unique dialogue.
